After my second experience with postpartum depression, I could hardly recognize myself in the mirror. That was the point when I chose to take back control of how I wanted to look and feel. I started logging my journey and sharing it online. In the process, I not only began to feel stronger, but I also realized how much I enjoyed the changes I was making. What started as a personal commitment turned into a passion for helping others. Over time, this has become more than just a lifestyle for me. It is something I now teach my family, my clients, and my community so they can create healthier and more sustainable habits too.
I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, American Red Cross BLS Certified, a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach, and Precision Nutrition Certified in Sleep, Stress, and Recovery (SSR). I am also working on my Youth Fitness Specialist certification through ACE. Continuing education is important to me, so I make it a priority to stay current with the latest in fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle practices. This way, the people I work with always have the most practical and effective tools available to support lasting change.
